Vanessa Milan is a naturally talented connector, PR, marketer and event organiser.
She is a multi-lingual Italian, and a vibrant and passionate communicator. She loves languages, the arts and speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish.
Passionate about the world of self-improvement, and owing to her excellent networking and connecting skills, she organised many events in Italy from 1997 through 2000, including workshops and lectures by author Gene Egidio, as well as an international convention on the environment and health.
After achieving her degree in English literature in Padua (Italy), Vanessa moved to the UK in 2004 following her passion for the English culture, literature and language.
In 2004 she worked as Town Twinning Officer for Bedford Borough Council, connecting and establishing international relationships between local communities, schools, museums and entrepreneurs.
She then worked in the corporate world as Executive Assistant at Oerlikon Graziano Group; among her tasks she helped support and coordinate that company’s sponsorships and advertising for Aston Martin.
Vanessa later received her CIM Diploma in Marketing in 2010 and is currently nearing completion of her CIM chartered marketer status.
In 2010 she became the UK/US marketing coordinator RME International, representing Dr Roy Martina, one of Europe’s leading self-development trainers and holistic medical doctors. In her role in that company, she worked alongside a team of colleagues from countries around the EU, working and travelling between he UK, Italy, Germany and The Netherlands.
Vanessa has now established her new practice as a freelance marketer and PR, and is seeking new projects, collaborations and possible employment with others who are passionate about ethical marketing and transparent communication.
